Returned items

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of ordering your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at and include the order number, full name and photo or video of your products.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Important Notice:Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

If you have received a refund, the return shipping charge will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for and guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return at our warehouse, and let you know whether or not the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, so that we can to do assessment for the problem and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards, items on sale or after 30 days from your order.
